Garmin Venu 3 review: We try out the smartwatch made to help you sleep better and feel healthier.

Smartwatch makers are realizing that health is about more than just exercise. Garmin, a pioneer in sports watches, has launched the Venu 3, which focuses on monitoring overall health day and night.

Beyond simple tracking, the Venu 3 helps users gauge their readiness for activity based on their rest and recovery levels. It also offers guidance on relaxation techniques like breathwork and meditation, with visual aids and customizable soundtracks.

The aim is to reduce stress. With a built-in speaker and microphone, users can make and receive calls directly from the watch, similar to popular Apple Watches.

We tested the Venu 3 at a Garmin event in London.

How We Checked?

We explored its features like guided meditations to see if they helped us relax, checked out sleep tracking and activity recording, and tried the different sports it can track. We also tested the phone-call feature to see how easy it is to make and receive calls. Although we only had limited time to test it, here’s what we thought and our decision.
