Last year, EV manufacturer Nio introduced its own smartphone, sparking interest among competitors. Today, Polestar has unveiled its inaugural smartphone, dubbed the Polestar Phone, following weeks of speculation. The Polestar Phone, produced by Meizu, shares similarities with the Meizu 21 Pro, as both Polestar and Meizu are subsidiaries of Chinese auto giant Geely.

The Polestar Phone features a minimalist Scandinavian design aesthetic and subtle branding. Initially available only in the Chinese market, the device boasts impressive specifications, including a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, a 6.79-inch 120 Hz LTPO OLED display, and a triple rear camera system. Notably, the phone offers tight integration with Polestar vehicles, specifically the Polestar 4, and includes UWB hardware for future digital car key support.

While the Polestar Phone offers high-end features and seamless connectivity, availability is currently limited to orders placed through the Polestar app.
