OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite Reportedly Receives BIS Certification, Possibly Nearing Launch in India.

The anticipated launch of the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite in India seems imminent, with reports suggesting that the smartphone has secured certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Positioned as a follow-up to last year’s OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite, the new addition to the Nord series is rumored to feature a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, dual rear cameras, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a substantial 5,500mAh battery.

According to tipster Sanju Choudhary (@saaaanjjjuuu) on X, a screenshot circulating online purportedly reveals the BIS listing of a OnePlus device with the model number CPH2619, speculated to be linked to the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite.

Reportedly, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite is expected to be priced below Rs. 20,000 in India and could potentially be a rebranded version of the Oppo A3.

Spec-wise, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite is rumored to sport a 6.67-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, run on Android 14, and house a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. Camera-wise, it may feature a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, along with a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. Additionally, it might include an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication, aligning with previous leaks.

Expected to offer improvements over its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite, which debuted in April last year starting at Rs 19,999, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite remains unconfirmed by OnePlus, so it’s advisable to approach these details with caution.
